Become a member

Members shape the direction of the organization: they vote at the annual general meeting, and they can stand for the board. If you believe in the work, this is the formal way to say so.

There is no membership fee. Donations are welcome but never required. Memberships run to the 31st of May each year, so everyone renews on the same date.

What the bylaws say: A person may apply to the Board for membership in the Society. The person becomes a member of the Society on the Board's acceptance of the application and receipt of payment of membership dues, if any.
