Wellness & drop-in

A warm, dry place to land

A warm, dry place to land, five days a week. Coffee, a phone, a computer with wifi, snacks, movie afternoons, arts workshops, support groups — and no requirement to be anything other than here.

An interior corner drawn flat: a couch, a small table with mugs, a lamp and a computer desk
Drop-in centre, 6189 6th Avenue, Whitehorse
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
A pair of boots and a coat on a hook, with a puddle under the boots

What the drop-in is like

Nobody signs you in and nobody asks why you came. Some people are here for the coffee, some for the computer, some to charge a phone or dry out a pair of boots, some because the couch is soft and the room is warm. Staff are around if you want to talk, and easy to ignore if you don't.
