Free kits, free training, and harm reduction supplies distributed across the territory. We teach safer injection, safer inhalation, naloxone and overdose response — one-to-one, or for a whole group.

One-to-one or for a group, in person or on Zoom, free of charge. We also distribute harm reduction supplies throughout the territory — order supplies for your community.
Get a kit
Walk up to the Cook Street window and ask. Every kit has two doses of nasal-spray naloxone, gloves and instructions, and takes about two minutes to learn.
After hours, call or text the Outreach Van at 867-334-1647— it carries kits Tuesday to Sunday.
Get trained
Free training covers recognizing an overdose, giving naloxone, and what to do until help arrives — alongside safer injection, safer inhalation and harm reduction strategies. We train individuals one-to-one, and workplaces, First Nations and community groups as a group, in person or on Zoom.
