Free safer-use supplies at the walk-up window, no appointment and no ID. Everything is stocked, packed and handed over by people who won't make it weird.

Your first visit

  1. 01Walk up to the window on the Cook Street side of the building. No door, no waiting room.
  2. 02Ask for what you need, or describe it — you don't need to know what anything is called.
  3. 03No ID, no forms, no questions about how much or how often.
  4. 04Take a sharps container too if you want one. Bringing used equipment back is welcome but never required.
