Your first visit
- 01Walk up to the window on the Cook Street side of the building. No door, no waiting room.
- 02Ask for what you need, or describe it — you don't need to know what anything is called.
- 03No ID, no forms, no questions about how much or how often.
- 04Take a sharps container too if you want one. Bringing used equipment back is welcome but never required.
