Free safer use supplies, naloxone, and hygiene supplies at the walk-up window. Completely anonymous service. Everything is stocked, packed, and handed over by people who won't judge.

Your first visit
- 01Walk up to the window on the Cook Street side of the building and ring the doorbell. Someone will greet you right away. If you need a ramp, enter through the parking lot.
- 02Ask for what you need or describe it — you don't need to know what anything is called.
- 03No ID, no real names, no judgment. You'll be asked to create a code name so we know how many people we are reaching.
- 04Take a sharps container too if you want one. Bringing used equipment back is helpful but not required. The needle drop-off bin is available 24/7.
