When the window closes, the van goes out. Tuesday to Sunday it brings supplies, naloxone, warm drinks and a friendly face to wherever you are in Whitehorse — get in touch and they'll come.

The van has been on the road for more than two decades. Blood Ties became its operating partner in 2018, and the person who shows up is a support worker who knows the supplies and won't make it awkward.
